CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be happy with your order. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed daily, with the exception of holidays or normal closed hours.

SECURE SHOPPING. Order on-line at The No. 1 Ladies Quilt Shop with complete confidence on our secure website. The No. 1 Ladies Quilt Shop does not share or sell your personal information or email address.

METHOD OF PAYMENT. We are now using Paypal because it is the most secure way for you to pay us. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay us but you will use their checkout procedure. If you do not wish to give your credit card information on-line, call us at 406 683 5884 from 10-5:50, Monday-Saturday to verbally give your credit card information or leave a message.

SHIPPING CHARGES.

We only charge what it costs us to ship. We don't have a "handling" fee and we choose the cheapest way for you.

Foreign orders are shipped by U.S. Priority Flat Rate.

If you wish to pay for insurance please let us know. We do not take responsibility for orders after we ship them. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Generally a pattern costs less than $2 to ship. This is just to give you an estimate.

When we receive an order from you, we weigh the package, calculate the shipping and then we charge your paypal account unless the shipping is more than is estimated on this page. If it is more, we will email you and when you say it is ok we will charge you and ship your package.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING is sent flat rate from the post office.

$11.35 Flat Rate Box------up to 20 yards of fabric
$15.45 Large Flat rate box, holds 30 yards of fabric

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is sent flat rate by the post office.
$16.95 flat rate envelope maximum 4 pounds. Holds up to 6 yards of fabric.
$47.95 flat rate box medium, maximum 20 pounds. Holds up to 20 yards of fabric.
$60.95 flat rate box large, maximum 20 pounds. Holds up to 30 yards of fabric.

REFUNDS. Books, patterns, quilt kits, and any other copyrighted material cannot be returned for refund. If you are displeased with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the problem.
